  First visit today with an ingrowing toenail. Bit worried it would incur pain but surprisingly it didn't. Penny was lovely, attentive and professional. Jim was also in the vacinity and equally kind and knowledgable. Options of treatment discussed, conservative v surgical. Opted for conservative and review as necessary. I'm happy today and will be happy to go again in due course. A very positive experience, thank you.
