  Absolutely terrible service today when the assistant tried to sell me shoes that were too big for my son. When I pointed this out to the assistant she stated 'I have been fitting shoes for 3 years so I know what I'm talking about' then stormed off in a huff to get another assistant to help us instead when my mother who was with me stated she's a chiropodist & has been for many years and the shoes clearly didn't fit!
  I have never been spoken to like this in a shop & certainly never had staff storm off in a teenage style strop!
  Manager was extremely apologetic but needless to say it has left a very sour taste in my mouth & will never go in there again.
